Berthel Fisher Companies CEO Thomas J. Berthel will be participating in the CEO track panel discussion, Developing Your Bench Strength, at this year’s FSI OneVoice conference in New Orleans. The discussion, led by Bill Brady, Senior VP-Distribution of American Funds by Capital Group, will address the large number of baby boomers retiring each day, and how the leadership of financial services companies are identifying and grooming their successors. The panel discussion will take place on Tuesday, January 29th and feature executive leadership from Berthel Fisher & Company, Raymond James Financial Services, Allstate Financial Services and American Funds by Capital Group.
Mr. Berthel founded Berthel Fisher & Company in 1985 which consists of two independent broker/dealers, a registered investment advisory firm, an insurance division and a technology company. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, Director and Chairman of the Board of Berthel Fisher & Company and its subsidiaries.
